1. Since this is a timeshare there is no daily maid service but there is a time each day when a guest can turn in used towels for fresh ones.

7. House keeping only came once and I was still sleeping so they only dropped off new towels etc. Had to get toiletries at the front desk each day, kinda odd but there was never maid carts out to get supplies.
