3. The concierge helped us out to plan our days and recommended different places to visit, book our city tour etc. It 's fully renovated and our unit had brand new carpet, bed, furniture and kitchen appliances.

5. We got a nice little packet from the concierge for a self-guided walking tour of the historic Garden District homes, and this is a great option for the budget-conscious who don't want to pay for a tour.

9. The concierge helped us arrange several tours and the bellman arranged for taxi service to Tulane for Summer Lyric Theatre and to a Zephyrs game in Metarie, as well as back to the airport.
