6. Many things wrong with this hotel - breakfast service way under staffed and cranky, maid service practically unexistant (forgot to make our room 1st day and left our towels laying on the couch the next day instead of in bathroom, didn't give us clean glasses, nor vaccuum), doors don't automatically shut and you have to make sure that they are pulled all the way and latched (we had another guest that was checking in and thought that our room was theirs walk right into our room while we were sitting in the living room - we thought that the front desk had given them our key and called the manager to complain - he called us back and said that they hadn't given them our key and that probably the door wasn't all the way shut - obviously this is a problem that has occured in the past and yet it hasn't been addressed - SCARY), no pool towels at the pool and it took them an hour and 3 times asking for them for them to bring them, and pool was FREEZING.
