1. They obviously do not have the rooms inspected by anyone after the maids clean the rooms.

2. Then in the room the mattress was old and lacked support, the linens were equally tired and on a two day stay the maid did not completely make up the bed and the sheets were in a wad beneth the foot end of the blankets.
