9. I saw a huge glass of milk spilled near the lobby/elevator and I alerted a lady who was supposed to be working the area(had her hand on the mop and bucket) and let her know about it.

10. I just love the grand, atrium lobby, glass elevators, the huge inclusive breakfasts, the two-room suites that allow us parents to have some privacy and separation from the kids without the price of a second hotel room.
