1. There was no extra pillows when we arrived we didn't have enough bath towels for the number of guests that were reserved for the room.

3. The maid did not empty trash next day, forgot to replenish bath floor mat (and believe me I did not want to step on floor barefooted), left several lights on when left after 'cleaning'.

4. The back side of the vinyl curtain was covered in MOLD/MILDEW as were the tiles on the inner surround, the bath mat had hairs under it from a previous guest (as did the sink), and to top it off, when the shower head was turned on, the metal plate that covers the inner plumbing, fell down toward the shower head, completely loose, detached, and dangling.

5. It was a handicap accessible room, which usually doesn't make much of a difference but I'm not sure how anyone was suppose to get into the bath tub, let alone someone handicapped.

6. Our room/suite (big room with 2 queen beds, bath, TV and attached smaller room with sofa pullout, 2nd TV, chair, desk, bar sink, fridge--can't remember if there was a microwave) was exactly what we asked for in our reservation.

9. I walk in and find an outdated suite with a stained sofa, broken bath tiles, a broken shower curtain rod, rust running into the tub, multi-colored grout, unsecured shower plumbing that shakes and nearly falls out of the wall, a beat-up bathroom door, mismatched paint patching, and an overall outdated appearance.
