I walk in and find an outdated suite with a stained sofa, broken bath tiles, a broken shower curtain rod, rust running into the tub, multi-colored grout, unsecured shower plumbing that shakes and nearly falls out of the wall, a beat-up bathroom door, mismatched paint patching, and an overall outdated appearance.

3. The bathrooms are very small with the toilet, bathtub and door all too close together to begin with, the handicapped room added a large handicap railing around the tub to the mix, leaving only a small opening behind the door where you would get into the tub/shower.

4. It was a handicap accessible room, which usually doesn't make much of a difference but I'm not sure how anyone was suppose to get into the bath tub, let alone someone handicapped.

5. The ceiling was rusting and yellowing, and the tub was grungy.
