1. Staff asked every day if we needed our room cleaned and if towels were required which I would have thought would have been cleaned/changed every day.

7. staff were friendly& helpful, round often to ask if we needed clean towels, more coffee etc. can't comment on the breakfast as we didn't have it.

8. It had everything you need - a king size bed, the air con kept it nice and cool, a large TV (24 Elvis music and films), clean bathroom, with clean towels daily, a lounge, and small kitchen.

The room was pleasant enough though the friend who i was with had her towel taken by the people who clean the room , we did get it back after some stern words but it shouldnt have left the room in the first place , and it wasn't a mistake as the hotel towels were completely different and a different colour and size .
