1. As a tour guide, I naturally had a large group with me, NONE of them had any major issues, minor issues were solved quickly by the great hotel staff, the night manager is the best.

3. Staff were brilliant especially LaQuinta - we had a small problem with plumbing in our room and she upgraded us at no extra charge and had someone come to move our luggage etc. The night manager (Anna?) was lovely - chatted to her for ages and she was really helpful.

6. I have stayed here countless times over many years and the place is a solid 3 star that is clean, well kept, with a wonderful staff and manager.
