In fact, when we told them we could not use the sofabed because of the stain and the smell, housekeeping took away all the bedding, but didn't offer any alternative - after this, we just left and moved to the lovely Peabody in town, where the Peabody staff told us we were the 5th couple that day to transfer from the Heartbreak.

3. Housekeeping came in every day - the rooms were always clean with fresh towels etc.The hotel is next door to the Graceland complex and has its own side entrance.

4. The hotel staff from housekeeping to front desk were all, without exception helpfull, polite and courteous the lady in the gift shop even went out of her way to make sure my postcards could be sent, the shop had run out of stamps so she took them home with her and stamped and posted them herself, very nice lady.

5. if you need the sofa made into a bed,do not call the front desk,housekeeping will put you on a search for the sheets and blankets,no offer to do or help.

6. When calling the front desk I was informed housekeeping was gone for the night and that the BEST they could do is get us fresh sheets.

7. Funny how when you push the housekeeping button it automatically transfers to the front desk after hour.
