1. I was there on my own and all of the staff i came into contact with were more than helpful - a guy on reception was brilliant when i had problems contacting family back home and one of the maids was so understanding and helpful when i thought i had lost my cash card with all my holiday dollars on.

2. we stayed at heartbreak hotel all the staff were helpful and friendly our room was clean the maids come in every day including weekends, we went to graceland on vip package it was really nice to see everything in graceland including gold discs boots its well worth going to graceland memphis zoo is also a nice day out and cheap to get in beale street is also good with all the live bands the gibson factory is good.

We stayed for 3nights and all the staff were very friendly and helpful, we had a small issue with our room key not working the 2nd night we were there, we told the maid who happpened to be on our floor at the time she called down to the front desk and within minutes a nice lady came up to give us a new key and said she was very sorry for our inconvinience.

5. (when we got our room the bedspread was missing) While the room next to us was being cleaned, the maid was sitting down and watching a soap opera with her cleaning supplies in her hands.

9. I also wanted to thank the Chamber maids on the 3rd floor who took my teddy bear for a wash and spruce up, he looked so clean and fluffy wahat a fab job they did.
