6. The front desk employees were very helpful and pleasant - especially Jo :) - the room was clean and large - we stayed in a king bed - didn't mind the A/C noise - kept the room cool - 2 TVs, one in each of the two rooms, fridge, microwave and coffee maker.

8. Front desk and staff were friendly and helped when we had queries,Elvis video screen in the lounge area could have shown some more of Elvis vidoes, but just seemed to show his 68 comeback special mostly, so it was the same thing shown and got a bit boring.
