1. The rooms were very clean, and there was always an extra supply of towels and such at our doorstep (we always use the do not disturb sign during our whole stay).

7. We kept our 'do not disturb' sign up the entire time so we can't attest to the day to day housekeeping, however, our room was clean and tidy upon arrival and the staff left a bag with fresh towels and shampoo/conditioner/lotion/soap in front of our door daily.

8. The rooms were clean, serviced every day, towels changed, all necessary toiletries replenished with each service so there was always a good supply of soap, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion etc. The room was warm, comfortable and clean, plenty storage for clothes, TV, air conditioning.
