1. The building looks look a remodeled apartment building, with a nice spiral staircase in front, a small cafe, and a very pleasant looking lobby and counter.

8. Seems like they took a lot of effort into the entrance lobby because the rooms are still on YMCA standard (except the bathrooms which are functional but very small).
