3. Solo women travelers beware -- Three times I returned to my room and found that housekeeping had left the door open (the door was sticking, and they didn't pull it shut).

4. This became more of an issue as i was suprised to learn --on my second day at the hotel--that these suites are not given regular housekeeping service.

5. We kept our 'do not disturb' sign up the entire time so we can't attest to the day to day housekeeping, however, our room was clean and tidy upon arrival and the staff left a bag with fresh towels and shampoo/conditioner/lotion/soap in front of our door daily.
