1. Don't waste time or $$$ on the terrible, expensive food in the Hotel 140's 'grill room'--there's a Starbucks 1/2 block away, & plenty of coffee bars, pastry shops, full-service restaurants & fast-food places within a few blocks.

2. Its right next to the John Hancock Tower so you are 1 mile from South Station and in convenient walking distance from the Commons and downtown area, cool bars and restaurants of the South End and shops on Newbury Street in the Back Bay area.

3. My favorite part was the LOCATION, the area is surrounded with great places to dine, as well as trendy bars to enjoy a few drinks.

4. The Hotel itself isn't terribly fancy with posh restaurants, bars, bell boys and porters etc, but it does the job at half the price.

9. You will have Interest points waliking Distance like Newburry Street, Copley Square, Prudential, Boylston street for Bar Nigh hangouts etcc.
