1. The only saving grace about this hotel was that the beds and towels were clean, or we would not have stayed there.

2. The room (on the 5th floor) was cleaned every day, fresh towels were provided daily and if we had any queries about where to go and how to get there the reception staff couldn't have been more helpful.

7. The service is exceptional, the rooms, carpet, bathrooms, towels, and linen were very clean, the beds were comfortable, the water in the sink and shower/bathtub was hot, and the staff was extemely accomodating, friendly and helpful.

8. The bathroom was not too clean either, and they never seemed to replenish the toilet roll while we were there for 5 days, there was simply 2 rolls there and that was it, the towels were always changed and fresh but they weren't of any great substance and ripped easily with simple use.
