3. Lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance and a 10-15 minute subway ride to get anywhere in Manhattan.

4. On the corner is a nice deli with nice folks, and if you walk up to the 100s and Broadway, you can find plenty of good restaurants and a cute dive bar called Tap of the Keg.

6. I loved the location of the hotel which is opposite the park, and in walking distance of the Mornington Heights area which is very Hispanic and has the most amazing restaurants.

9. You can find a Deli (to have breakfast) 2 blocks uptown and a Subway restaurant (plus some markets) in the corner of the Central Park.

10. While there wasn't a lot but Apartments on Central Park West, we discovered that they were an abundance of shops and restaurants just 2 blocks across in a really bohemian area.
