1. The front desk staff was very nice in offering early check-ins for me and another couple that were waiting for check-in time (3pm).

8. We arrived early for check-in, and the room wasn't quite ready (which we expected) but the maid rushed and got it ready next for us while we explored the area and got some snacks for the room.

We arrived from Newark Airport at about 12noon on the day went to the hotel hoping we could rest for a little and freshen up then but alas that was not to be the case, we were told that check-in was at 3pm and to come back then, we were allowed to leave our bags etc but at that point all I wanted was to sleep.
