1. When we returned in the evening I called housekeeping and a full set of fresh towels appeared at our door within 5 minutes.

6. We appreciated the soft beds, many fluffy towels, soft pillows, cool a/c, welcome bucket (microwave popcorn, treats, and homemade cookies which were the BEST), and added touches, such as a fresh rose in a vase, and a selection of tea, coffee and biscotti.
