3. noise is when people are talking and laughing (kids crying) on way to rooms, once people close the door to their room, the sound stops immediately.

4. We did not have much noise from neighbors in this location, but being in a completely enclosed hall, all noise from the parking lot and office next door was amplified which acted as a drum so we would not stay in the same room again.
