1. Laundry machines worked fine and they don't over charge like some other places we've stayed.

2. my husband and my 2 boys stayed for 3 nights so we could visit disneyland, the location was great we could easily walk to disneyland or take the free of charge shuttle which was great after a long day queing and walking around.

3. Lots of little extra touches - free wifi, reception printed our boarding passes free of charge etc. Really makes such a difference.
