We arrived at about 11am knowing that it was unlikely that our room would be available (and it wasn't), they allowed us to park onsite and we walked up to Disneyland (about 15 minute walk) and checked in later in the day (they offered to call when the room was available, however we declined this offer).

8. We usually visit Southern California in late August, so found the hotel to be much busier in mid July, and the parking spaces were all full, however there was no fuss made when having to park in areas other than the spots allocated.
