1. Also the house keeper wasn't to keen on giving fresh towels.

2. The only downsides to the hotel were the puzzling lack of towels and pillows for all four guests (only 3 towels/room and one small pillow per guest), though extra pillows and towels were promptly brought up when we called the front desk.
