1. Plus their bell staff really went above and beyond to help us (especially Murphy!) My friend fell on the sidewalk on Dearborn Street as we were leaving on Sunday.

4. for breakfast, there are many options since room service is expensive (starbucks, einstein bagel accross the street, and the huge mcdonalds down the road).

5. For weekend visitors parking on the street is free after 6 p.m. on Saturday all day Sunday until 8:00 a.m. Monday.

6. What one needs to consider is the need for a breakfast dining room, etc. Meals are available in room but to find restaurants you're better off going to State Street or Michigan or other local places.

8. Just spent the weekend in Chicago with my other half and stayed a couple of nights at the Sax hotel on Dearborn Street just on the Northshore.

10. Sax hotel had a very good location about 50 yards to the riverside, across the street to Trump tower and 5-minute walk to the famous Marilyn Monroe statue.
