This hotel describes itself as a boutique hotel, which it's not quite, BUT our room was spacious, huge bathroom with black & white tiled floor and green walls, excellent a/c, mini bar, in a superb location (River North/Marina City) with walking access to everything you could want, and very friendly and helpful staff.

7. Cons: Mandatory valet parking at $49 per day, slow internet connection, room cleaning was slow (we ended up skipping it one night because they still hadn't gotten to us by 5pm), mini bar items are weighted so picking them up means you bought it, plumbing is loud.

10. Be warned though as some of the mini bar items, water, ect, snacks are placed on the tray with your glasses and cocktail shakers and they are not free.
