1. Due to this over the top service I received I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Chicago and I will definitely be staying there again as I am a frequent visitor to the city.

8. I am a big fan of the Thompson Hotel chain - they recently took over the SAX - it isn't necessarily as new/fresh as some of the other Thompson hotels I've stayed at but I would recommend it.
