1. Bathroom had a dripping faucet and looked a little more worn but it was certainly functional and well stocked with towels and clean.

10. Extras (that made it a little bit sweeter) - Washington Post every morning, housekeeping was very good with the towels and cleaning, little samples of neutrogena bathroom stuff, general helpfulness of the staff in moving luggage and directions.
