6. It is in a fabulous location in Foggy Bottom right beside George Washington University and the Foggy Bottom Metro stop (literally a 2 minute walk).

7. The furnishings were a little run down, especially a padded head board badly in need of recovering, but the location was great, just 2 blocks from the Foggy Bottom Metro station and with a Whole Foods in between.
