1. The hotel is in a nice tree-lined area close to the Hospital and University with a convenient and inexpensive salad bar and deli nearby.

9. I only gave it a 4 on 'sleep quality' because there's a bit of bustle on the street at night (from Kennedy Center/ bar/ restaurant patrons) that may affect a very light sleeper - didn't bother me one bit.
