8. we didn't have bowls, or more than two knives, or a knife to cut with, or a cutting board, etc. I understand that stuff like that could easily walk (and maybe does - could that explain the empty drawers and cupboards?) so perhaps a solution would be to have kitchen 'kits' guests could sign out at check-in for a deposit fee.

10. One thing to note, when I received the final bill it had parking charges on it, even though it was included in our package and I confirmed we would not be charged on check in.
