1. I'd been told when making the reservation that there was a 'very good chance' for an upgrade to a suite.

2. When I arrived at the hotel and we entered the room, my wife and I were blown away by how nice the room was (we stayed in #402 - Luxury King Suite) and my wife actually commented that it was one of the nicest rooms we have stayed at and I have to concur.
