1. Our corner suite was lovely and my husbands' massage treatment was nice - but they need to up the service to match the price tag.

2. Don't get me wrong, everything was first class - the service, the staff, the food and the room - but I came here directly from the Mondrian in LA where I had a huge suite which was twice the size of my room here for 25% less price.
