1. When we called to complain, they proposed to do the room just when we were getting ready for the wedding -so we asked for just clean towels.
"Disappointing " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/21/2012 Vote
2. L'Occitane toiletries are offered in the bathroom along with comfy towels, a bathrobe and lit make-up mirror.
"A Smiling Face at Every Turn " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/23/2012 Vote
3. The beds are comfortable, the towels are large and soft, and the rooms are well decorated.
"What a great Family weekend. " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/16/2011 Vote
4. The Four Seasons also offers bike rental, the gym on the first floor is sunny and clean and not overly crowded (and they offer ice water and towels), the pool is nice and they have sunblock, towels, and cool wet eucalyptus oil face cloths when you get too hot, the bellboys in front of the hotel are so fast and friendly, and the bathrooms were spacious and nice.
"Great stay at Four Seasons Austin " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/22/2010 Vote
5. I don't know how you could get much more luxurious than some of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in, L'Occitane bath products, plush robes and towels, and evening turndown service, where they put a napkin on the floor next to your bed, so you don't get into bed with even slightly dusty feet (the carpets are pretty emaculate, so I'm not sure how you would have dusty feet).
"Like Coming Home " Read full review on TripAdvisor   7/15/2009 Vote
6. The staff there is wonderful - taking drink and food orders, coming around with complimentary ice waters, and setting up the comfy chaise lounges with clean terry covers and fresh towels.
"Fabulous stay at Four Seasons! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   5/5/2008 Vote
7. They offered water, coffee and cold towels.
"Austin's easy style delivered the Four Season's way " Read full review on TripAdvisor   1/17/2012 Vote
8. The rooms and (small) bathrooms are what you'd expect in a Hyatt or Marriott -(Though the beds and sheets are top-drawer, the towels are not very thick).
"Three Seasons " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/12/2011 Vote
9. The massage was more like a beating, done by un inexperienced massage therapist (she even applied a hot towel on my back at the end of the massage, when obviously this should have been done at the very beginning to help the muscles relax).
"Stay away from the spa! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/30/2011 Vote
10. The spa/locker room seemed understaffed on the morning I was there - a bunch of robes, slippers, wet towels, etc. were littered around - plus one shower faucet was falling off the wall (really hard-to-use old Kohler shower systems).
"Great Location and Service, Wanting in Other Ways " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/18/2011 Vote
