Plus, the day before I was suppose to check out someone from the front desk came and knocked on my door asking if I needed more time to checkout but I wasn't due to checkout until the next day so that was a bit un-Four Season's like :/First the good: I was given a superior lake view king room where I stayed for 3 nights.

9. Every aspect of my stay from check in to check out was handled with a smile and made me feel as if I was the most important guest on the property.

10. After we returned home, I emailed the manager with a question about a charge on our bill that I missed at check out and to thank her for the complimentary spa treatments and was very surprised to get an email back stating that our entire stay had been comped.
