could do to improve that despite me telling the

the price was not an issue was a second floor room facing the lake but with no view because of obstructing trees.

did come over to apologize, and the server tried to explain why the eggs were cold because I ordered them salmon benedict, but in reality, it is unacceptable.

I won't go into detail but when the

came to the room next door to ask them to quiet down, the guests in that room decided they would argue and fight with the

and hotel security.

After we returned home, I emailed the

with a question about a charge on our bill that I missed at check out and to thank her for the complimentary spa treatments and was very surprised to get an email back stating that our entire stay had been comped.

, Sara(h?), was very nice and offered to show us a suite but couldn't do so until the next day.
