1. 2nd stay we got stuck in the longhorn suite and it just felt like it was not cleaned, longhorn rugs use to be white, now were just gray with stains and made the room feel dirty.

2. I then asked if she could switch our 'upgrade' for a spa room, she rolled her eyes numerous times and stated, 'I don't know anything about upgrades and I can't do it!' She then placed us in a room that was actually a very nicely appointed suite with a large flat screen tv, work desk, sofa, etc. I have to admit, this property does have all the amenities you would find in a much more pricey place such as refrigs, coffee makers, comfy beds, free breakfast, strong WIFI, etc.HOWEVER, after the third day of our stay we returned at 5:00 to discover our room was not cleaned.

5. Our room (suite) was well appointed and roomy, equipt with lots of pillows, microwave, safe, fridge and a welcome basket of water, crackers and chips.

7. 3) The rooms are spacious, and thoughtfully planned and equipped (many rooms are themed - didn't know that - we had the fitness suite with brilliant excercise machine!)4) The free breakfast is plentiful and varied; host Nida made the most delicious waffles for us every morning (thanks, Nida)5) The evening cakes, cookies, fruit, coffee etc (again free) were a real unexpected treat.

To give the management their due the service was faultless, to compensate for a mix up in our booking (their fault) they put us in the Longhorn suite for no extra cost (i have no idea if it should have cost extra or if the room rates are all the same!)Beyond the courteous staff the hotel has very little to offer.
