I told him I wanted either my room to be cleaned or a similar room to be moved to and he replied, 'well she just did it, so what more can I do?'Bottom line, they did give us a similar room after an hour delay in which we were late to our business meeting and the next morning I got more attitude from his wife who denied being manager (or anything else) although she spent every day ordering people around and training people at the front desk.

There was even a little complimentary food basket--a drink, some chips, some peanut butter crackers, some candy, etc. After about 10 minutes in my room, I got a call from the front desk asking if there was anything they could do, if everything was up to standard, if they could bring me anything, etc.Later on, I went downstairs to get some help for cheap local food that would deliver, and this is when I met Victor--as I said above, the GREATEST hotel manager I've ever met.
