1. I then asked if she could switch our 'upgrade' for a spa room, she rolled her eyes numerous times and stated, 'I don't know anything about upgrades and I can't do it!' She then placed us in a room that was actually a very nicely appointed suite with a large flat screen tv, work desk, sofa, etc. I have to admit, this property does have all the amenities you would find in a much more pricey place such as refrigs, coffee makers, comfy beds, free breakfast, strong WIFI, etc.HOWEVER, after the third day of our stay we returned at 5:00 to discover our room was not cleaned.
