3. -Decent breakfast, including instant grits & oatmeal, bagels, toast, fruit, juice, an espresso maker with starbucks coffee, & a Texas-shaped Belgian waffle maker-Free parking-Totally quiet--no airplane or traffic noise-Free coffee all day & a little 'convenience store' at reception-Friendly staff-No smoking anywhere inside the building, so it smells clean everywhere (nice outdoor gazebo if you do smoke)Cons:-Pool was kind of dirty and could use a skim-That's it.
