3. The rooms are on the small side but clean -- Tue/Wed/Thursday the hotel was pretty quiet but on Friday & Sat night the party starts in Gaslamp and it does get noisy.

9. Despite the fact that I gave the manager an actual bed bug that I found in the room, he insisted that I didn't get the bites I showed him in his hotel.

10. The ventilation needs upgrading (having an air conditioner in the window means that all of the noise from the street filters into your room, making it very difficult to sleep).
