4. The kind folks at Ramada allowed us to easily change our itinerary without any penalty and allowed us to use the Presidential suite (at no additional charge) at a time when we could really use some extra comfort.

6. In order to have somewhere to stay, we had to make a completely new booking, at a much higher rate and even then they managed to charge us twice more for the room.
