1. Check-in was a breeze and again I ask a million more questions about the city since it was my first time in San Diego and they informed me of all the great things in and around San Diego.

2. On check in, I had to sign a statement that there would be NO REFUNDS FOR NOISE, since the hotel was on a street in the "ENTERTAINMENT QUARTER".

5. Outside the elevator, dishes from a guest's breakfast remained from my check-in at 3:00pm until I went to bed at 1:00 am.

6. He all but called us liars when we were very specific on the cash we gave the clerk just the previous afternoon and he REFUSED to apologize or even admit that his staff was at fault preferring to let us make a scene at the counter where people were coming in to check-in.
