2. The hotel states that it is in an "entertainment district" and makes you initial certain waivers when you check in, specifically that noise will not be compensated for by a discount in room rate.

Additionally, my flight was canceled so I was a day delayed getting into the hotel and I was told I would have to pay for the entire night even though I wouldn't be there and it was out of my control, no discount, no I'm sorry that is unfortunate, just I was told that is our policy even though I was staying for four more nights.
