5. My carpet was stained and worn to the point that I was hesitant to walk on it without shoes on it (NOT something I expect from a Hyatt hotel!) I think they are renovating piecemeal, because a colleague's room in another building had nice, new carpeting, but still.

6. Rooms are large but very dark and dated and if you are on a low floor be prepared for highway noise on one side of the hotel and train whistles through the night on the other side of the hotel.
