4. One disappointing note was that due to being completely sold out with so many late check outs, as of 3 PM new year`s day, they did not get around to cleaning our room and said that the staff was going home at 5:30, so it couldn`t be done.

5. Runners were allowed to check in early ( for us at 1:00 pm) and then allowed a late check out at 2:00 pm without an additonal charge.

6. One featurec that was good was the computer in the foyer to ptint out boarding oasses - that was nifty and totally set up really well all links worked etcStaff really tried but it was an insane pace of checkin and check outs.

7. Valet brought our car in 5 minutes, almost the time it took to get from our room to check out then front of the hotel.

8. Upon check out, we scrutinized our bill, good thing!because they tried to charge an extra day of valet parking and an extra day of pet fees.

10. - I was permitted a late check out time of 2pm without any additional charge, since I am a Hyatt Rewards Gold Card member.
