1. Kudos to Hyatt for putting the toiletries where they belong: shampoos and condition in the tub area, and skin moisturizer and toothpaste by the sink.

5. We had the horizon suite which had a king bed, 2 bathrooms both with tub/shower combo, a living room with sofa that pulled out to a queen bed and two large chairs, small kitchen with fridge, and a huge dining room table.

10. Once I made it to my hotel room, unpack all of my bags, and started getting ready for my event at 7pm, I noticed three things 'wrong' with the bathroom: the tub did not drain properly, the toilet did not flush properly, and the tub floor was dirty/old with rust.
