1. Yes, the rooms are a bit small, but the bathrooms are quite large.

2. The rooms are slightly on the small side but still have everything you need in them, the only thing that lets them down slightly is the old furniture, the bed was comfy although our room was next to the comms room so was slightly noisy but nothing a pair of earplugs couldnt drown out.
