3. The front desk personnel are usually involved with the telephone or talking to each other, except for Brett who is the best person at the desk as far as to taking care of business in a timely manner and recognizing you as a return guest.

9. My best friend, the bride to be, got yelled by the woman working at the front desk (who I'm assuming was new because she had no idea what she was doing the whole time and always had to ask for someone to step in and help), and last I checked my best friend did nothing wrong, they did.
