1. We stayed in a suite on the 8th floor and loved the view.

2. TV was not that important to us, but we did want to catch up of the news, so they upgraded us to a King suite on the ninth floor.

The only thing that this hotel has is a great location- the rooms are oversized closets and the staff was very snobbish when I asked for a luggage rack (those are only for guests in suites-really made to feel like a second class citizen because I was not booked into a suite) Would not recommend this hotel to anyone traveling into Boston.

10. After exploring and shopping for the day, we arrived back at the hotel to check-in and was told that the TV in our room was not working and if the TV was something that we wanted to watch they would upgrade us to a King suite at no extra charge (we had booked a room with 2 double beds).
